Team Park Project led the complete transformation of one of the amusement parks of Costa Edutainment SPA, Oltremare in Riccione, with a clear objective: elevating the visitor experience, enhancing attractions, and increasing annual attendance.

The project was built on a strategic and sustainable restyling plan, calibrated to the client’s budget and grounded in a detailed analysis of existing structures to identify the most impactful areas for intervention.

Edutainment in Action: New Attractions & Immersive Design

To significantly boost the park’s entertainment value, Team Park Project integrated a diverse range of new interactive attractions. Key additions included a 4D cinema exploring prehistoric eras, a complete restyling of the interactive, media-based walkthrough dedicated to the genesis of the Earth, and a prehistoric-themed playground village.

A major highlight was Speleos, an advanced artificial cave experience honoring the legacy of Norbert Casteret, for which TPP designed the Base Camp and immersive queue line scenography to prepare guests for their expedition. Furthermore, we oversaw the design for all educational panels and signage park-wide, seamlessly blending scientific storytelling with hands-on adventure.

Flow Optimization & Final Outcome

Particular attention was given to visitor flow redesign: optimizing internal circulation, improving accessibility, and crafting thematic pathways for a smooth, engaging experience. The result is a bespoke strategic intervention that repositions Oltremare as a leading edutainment destination on the Adriatic coast — where emotion, knowledge, and nature come together in an unforgettable visit.
