Narrative Concept: The Festival of Fires

The experience brings the legend of Borgo Sole to life: guests join Pece the cat and Marino the seagull on a quest to recover the “Lantern of Light.” This storytelling guides every phase of the creative design, animating activities, scenography, and themed mechanical attractions.

Design & Structural Engineering

The project bridges modern architecture with Italian tradition. Thanks to a strategic architectural covering, the park ensures 100% year-round operation (an ideal indoor / outdoor theme park solution) while maintaining an authentic open-air feel.

  • Engineering Solutions: To integrate heavy attractions onto the roof, we developed a custom beam system combined with a raised flooring solution. This system transfers the load directly into the mall’s primary structural grid, ensuring maximum safety and stability.
  • Immersive Vertical Scenography: Narrow streets, flowering facades, and cobblestone paths recreate an authentic Italian village, optimizing vertical volumes.
  • Evening Atmosphere: At sunset, the “Festival of Fires” begins—a system of synchronized lights and projections that transform the village into an immersive spectacle.
