Team Park Project is leading the development of Dracula Park Transylvania in Miercurea Ciuc (Romania), a medieval-style theme park spanning nearly 30 hectares with over 50 themed buildings and 24 attractions.

The project masterfully weaves together local cultural roots, from King Matthias Corvinus and the Ottoman resistance to Saxon, Székely, Valachian, and Gypsy folklore, all enveloped in a mysterious Gothic atmosphere. To ensure year-round appeal, the park features both dynamic outdoor zones and an indoor area.

Creative Concept & Layout

To translate this heritage into a viable project, TPP developed a comprehensive concept design defining the park’s architectural identity, atmosphere, and storytelling. This vision was mapped into a strategic layout: guests begin in the historic outdoor villages rooted in Saxon and Székely traditions, then move into the epic world of power and conflict, which transitions into the park’s prime indoor experience: the majestic Corvin Castle, where medieval scenic design meets modern indoor attractions.

Mystery, Folklore & Nature

The journey then plunges into mystery and folklore, guiding visitors through dark, haunted outdoor realms where the myth of Dracula and local superstitions come to life. Finally, the path opens up to celebrate life, color, and the wild heart of the region with a vibrant, outdoor nomadic Gypsy camp. The result is a bespoke creative concept and master plan that perfectly balances high-quality entertainment with authentic cultural heritage for year-round international appeal.
